Training and Development Programs

The Fortress Leadership Development Program is designed to identify and develop future leaders in collision repair.

Our custom built, learning management system is designed to provide training in Production Management, Customer Service, Estimating, Parts Management, General Insurance Code of Practice for Complaint Resolution, and Insurance Provider Processes.
Whilst employees are required to complete compulsory modules relevant to their role, any module can be undertaken by an employee to provide training opportunities and develop a well-rounded, multi-skilled team.
The Fortress Apprenticeship Program is best in industry, with exclusive Training Centres and state of the art equipment. Fortress employ’s two full time Apprentice Trainers and commits to a fast tracked program as a result of significant additional training hours each month in the panel training centre and with paint supplier, Sherwin Williams.
