Starting her journey in automotive collision straight out of high school, Kristy-Lee has steadily worked her way through various roles to become the well-rounded expert she is today. Her experience spans front-end customer service, and production and parts management, all of which have made her an exceptional Estimator.
Kristy-Lee’s commitment to growth hasn’t stopped there. At Fortress, she’s been provided development opportunities through I-Car Training and works closely with our in-house Estimator Trainer, constantly honing her skills. Reflecting on her journey, Kristy-Lee says, “I’ve learned more at Fortress than all my years combined. Fortress is happy to invest in their employees to further the growth of the next generation.
