Extending knowledge and skills with on site 3M Training

In conjunction with our paint supplier Sherwin-Williams, 3M executed best practice buff and polish training necessary for our apprentices and detailers to deliver quality outcomes. Trainees gained valuable knowledge in the use of abrasives and liquid polishers to remove paint defects, gaining exposure to equipment and products as per 3M Guidelines. Feedback was positive, "the training will assist in time efficiency and minimisation of product use".

Fortress invests in a wide variety of training initiatives to ensure our team members are skilled and capable to produce quality repairs. Our collaboration with industry suppliers provides important upskilling to ensure in-depth, current knowledge.
